Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
